Riku Matsuda ( Japanese 松田 陸 , Matsuda Riku ; born May 3, 1999 in Fujioka , Gunma Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .
Career
Riku Matsuda learned to play soccer in the youth teams of Milestri SC and Maebashi FC as well as in the school team of Maebashi Ikuei High School . He signed his first contract with Gamba Osaka in 2018 . The club from Suita , a city in the northern prefecture of Osaka , played in the highest Japanese league, the J1 League . In Suita it can also be used in the U23 team. The U23 play in the third division, the J3 League . So far he has made 56 third division appearances.
