Central European Wrestling Championships
The Central European championships in wrestling were tournaments for wrestlers from the countries of Central Europe that have been held seven times from 1897 to 1911 as a whole.
The German Empire, Denmark, Italy and Austria-Hungary took part in the championship, with Bohemia always taking part as an independent team.
As was customary at the time, all tournaments were held in the Greco-Roman style . The definition of weight classes differed from tournament to tournament.
