The Rio Branco Football Club , RBFC for short , or popularly known as the “big star” (port: Estrelão ), is a Brazilian football club from Rio Branco in the state of Acre .

history

The traditional club from the state capital of Acre is the dominant force in football in the westernmost state of Brazil. With 45 championships, he is the record holder by a wide margin. In the national championship of Brazil , the club played from 1989 to 1991 in Série B and from 1995 to 2013 in Série C. Since 2014 represented in Série D, the fourth and lowest division.
