Josephine Rita Akaffou Leyo (born December 5, 1986 in Abidjan ) is an Ivorian soccer player .

Career

society

Akaffou started her career with JCA Treichville . In spring 2002 she left Treichville and switched to the Jeunesse Club d'Abidjan at the start of her senior career . At JCA, she played three seasons in the Super Division, the highest Ivorian women's soccer league, before moving to league rivals AS Juventus de Yopougon .

National team

Since 2005 she has been on the squad for the Ivorian national soccer team and took part in the Coupe d'Afrique des nations féminine de football in October and November 2012 .
