The River Shuttle is a watercourse in the Royal Borough of Greenwich and the London Borough of Bexley . It arises at the southern end of the training grounds of Millwall FC and Charlton Athletic on Avery Hill and flows in an easterly direction to its confluence with the River Cray southeast of the connection point Black Prince Interchange of the A2 road .
