Rivière Sainte-Anne (formerly also: Rivière Sainte-Anne de La Pérade ) is a river in the administrative regions of Capitale-Nationale and Mauricie of the Canadian province of Québec .

The river has its origin in the lake Lac Sainte-Anne in the Réserve faunique des Laurentides , 60 km northwest of the provincial capital Québec . From there it flows south. It passes the small town of Saint-Raymond and flows into the St. Lawrence River after 137 km at Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pérade , 85 km southwest of Québec .

The river is a popular destination for ice fishing of Atlantic Tomcod ( Microgadus tomcod ).
