The Rivière Seignelay is a tributary of the Manicouagan Reservoir in the administrative region of Côte-Nord in the Canadian province of Québec .
The Rivière Seignelay forms the outflow of Lac Mistinic in the area of the Canadian Shield . It flows south through the south of the Labrador Peninsula . After 132 km it flows into the Manicouagan reservoir. The river drains an area of 3263 km². The mean discharge is 71 m³ / s.
