The Rivière la Martre is a right tributary of the Marian River in the Northwest Territories of northern Canada .

The Rivière la Martre drains Lac la Martre on its south- eastern bank 2 km south of the Whatì settlement . It initially flows in an easterly direction. At the beginning it flows through Lake Boyer Lake and passes the rapids Chutes la Martre . The river meanders in a north-easterly direction and after about 60 km flows into the south-flowing Marian River , which flows into Marian Lake . At the level above the Chutes la Martre, the mean discharge is 31 m³ / s. The catchment area at the level covers 13,900 km².
