Rob Szymoniak (* 1979 in Berlin-Schöneberg ) is a German radio and television presenter .

Career

Rob Szymoniak began his radio career as a presenter in 1994 while he was still in school at 98.8 Kiss FM . In 1997 he founded the student radio 10829 - Highschoolradio - as a student at the Robert Blum High School in Berlin-Schöneberg . He later moderated at Energy Berlin , 104.6 RTL and dasWebradio.de .

In October 2000 he established the personality show Shimoniäk Live at Energy Berlin , which was broadcast Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. until 2004. Between 2001 and 2005 he also worked as a video jockey for the music television station MTV Germany . Between 2005 and 2008, Rob Szymoniak worked at MDR Sputnik as a presenter for the magazine program “Sputnik Update”.

In the summer of 2008, Rob Szymoniak became part of the radio PSR morning program Die Steffen Lukas-Show . There he was heard as "Rob, the Staumeister" until 2010. He then moved to Berlin to 104.6 RTL .

From January 2, 2013, Rob Szymoniak was the presenter of the morning program Toastshow at Energy Berlin and broadcast Monday to Friday from 5:00 to 10:00 a.m. Since mid-2015 he has been the moderator of the afternoon program at Energy Berlin and can be heard Monday to Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 5 to 10 p.m.

Rob Szymoniak occasionally appears as a media expert and career coach on Sat.1 breakfast television .

Rob Szymoniak lives in Berlin with his wife and two daughters.
