Robbin Juhnke (born February 14, 1967 in Berlin ) is a German business economist and politician based in Berlin. As chairman of the CDU Buckow he has sat in the House of Representatives since 2006.

Life

Juhnke grew up in the Buckow district of West Berlin and attended the Christoph-Ruden-Grundschule, the Ernst-Abbe-Gymnasium and the Upper School Business Center in Wrangelstrasse. After graduating from high school, he trained as an industrial clerk . After his apprenticeship, Juhnke completed a degree in business administration at the Free University of Berlin . After graduating from the Free University with a degree in business administration, he received his doctorate.

From 1983 Juhnke became active in the youth organizations of the CDU - the Berliner Schüler Union and the Junge Union . Later he continued his political engagement in the CDU and in autumn 1996 became a member of the Neukölln District Assembly (BVV).

In the election for the Berlin House of Representatives in 2006 , he moved into the Berlin House of Representatives as a directly elected candidate in the constituency of Neukölln (Buckow) (first vote: 39.9%). After initially being the spokesman for urban development policy, in September 2008 he moved to the office of domestic policy spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group in the Berlin House of Representatives. Juhnke was also a member of the committee for cultural affairs and took on the role of spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group in the temporary special committee on restitution, which dealt with the legality of the return of an extremely valuable art object owned by the state to the heir of the former owner.

In the election to the Berlin House of Representatives in 2011 , Juhnke was again directly elected. In addition to the task of domestic policy spokesman for the CDU parliamentary group, he also took on the leadership of the parliamentary group's working group inside / law / sport and consumer protection. He retained his membership in the Committee for Cultural Affairs. He was also elected to the Presidium of the House of Representatives.

In the election for the Berlin House of Representatives in 2016, he was again directly elected, and took on the role of deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group. He was appointed spokesman for cultural policy for the CDU parliamentary group and head of the parliamentary group's working group on cultural affairs, Europe, the federal government and the media. He also became a member of the Legal Committee. He retained his role as a member of the Presidium of the House of Representatives.
