Robert Denhof (born June 7, 1945 in Aksu , Kazakh SSR ) is a Russian-German composer .

biography

Denhof studied from 1959 to 1964 at the music school in St. Pavlodar , from 1965 to 1970 bayan and conducting at the vocational college in St. Pavlodar, from 1971 to 1975 singing, piano and conducting at the State Institute in Sverdlovsk , and in 1978 and 1979 composition and music theory Valentin Utkin at the Latvian Academy of Music in Riga , 1980 and 1981 composition and music theory at the State Institute for Music Education in Rostov and from 1982 to 1986 composition and music theory at the State Conservatory in Alma-Ata. He lives as a freelance composer in Ibbenbüren-Laggenbeck and writes symphonies , works for solo instruments, choral works, works for piano and accordion. World premieres of his works took place in Germany , Russia , Canada , USA , Great Britain , Hungary and China .
