Robert Grosser

Robert Grosser (born February 25, 1941 ) is a former German football player .

Career

Big part in the season 1960/61 the FC Bayern Munich that he for a midfielder denied six games in that time German top flight and seven friendlies. At the side of his older brother Peter he made his debut on August 21, 1960 (2nd matchday) in the Oberliga Süd , in a 4-4 draw in the away game against SV Waldhof Mannheim . In the following season he played only three friendlies; due to a serious injury, he returned to Bayern a year later . In the 1962/63 season he played another friendly game and was also used on March 13, 1963 in the quarter-finals of the competition for the Messestädte-Pokal in the 4-1 defeat at home against Dinamo Zagreb .

In the 1963/64 season he played two games in the second-rate Regionalliga Süd due to the newly founded Bundesliga in 1963 . He came on March 21, 1964 (28th matchday) in the 2-2 draw in the home game against TSV Schwaben Augsburg and on May 31, 1964 (38th matchday) in the 3: 3 draw in the away game against SpVgg Neu- Isenburg on duty; in the latter he played alongside his younger brother Rudolf . He was also used in two cup games; first on September 29, 1963 in a 4-1 first round win over FC Wacker Munich in the competition for the South German Cup , in which he scored the 2-0 goal in the 28th minute, then on October 9, 1963 in the 2 : 3 defeat against FC Rouen in the 1st round of the group winners in the competition for the International Football Cup . At the end of the season he ended his active football career.
