Robert J. Walsh (born December 4, 1947 - October 18, 2018 in Chicago , Illinois ) was an American film and television composer.

Life

Robert J. Walsh began his career as a film and television music composer in the 1980s. During this time he was mainly involved in various cartoon series, including The Transformers (1985-1987) and Muppet Babies (1984-1989). For the latter, he was nominated for the Daytime Emmy Award in 1986.

In the mid-2000s, he was involved in several low-budget films by Ulli Lommel .

In total, he worked on more than 70 productions.

He died on October 18, 2018 at the age of 70.
