Robert Müller (politician, 1872)

Robert Müller (born January 3, 1872 in Mocker , Thorn district ; † after 1932) was a German administrative officer and politician ( DNVP ).

Life

After attending elementary school and community school, Müller did military service in the Prussian army . From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a first lieutenant in the Landwehr . During the war he was awarded the Iron Cross 1st Class and the Austrian Cross of Merit with the Crown . After the war he took up a civil service career as a military candidate and worked as a presidential chief inspector at the senior presidium of the government of East Prussia in Königsberg .

Müller joined the German National People's Party (DNVP) during the Weimar Republic . In December 1924 he was elected as a member of the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until 1932. In parliament he represented constituency 1 (East Prussia).
