Robert Cook "Bob" Murray (born February 18, 1870 in Edinburgh , Scotland , † April 28, 1948 in Manchester ) was a British marksman .

Robert Murray participated in the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm in three disciplines with the small bore rifle. On the vanishing target, he finished fifth, while he was sixth in the prone position. In the team competition in the prone position, the British prevailed with 762 points against the remaining five teams and were Olympic champions ahead of the Swedes and the Americans . Murray was with 185 points the weakest shooter of the team, which also included William Pimm , Edward Lessimore and Joseph Pepé .
