Robert O'Reilly
Robert O'Reilly (born March 25, 1950 in New York City , New York ) is an American actor .
Most know him for his role in Starship Enterprise: The Next Century and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine as Chancellor Gowron , Chancellor of the Klingon High Council. He also played the role of Klingon Kavok in the interactive video board game A Klingon Challenge .
