Robert Páez Rodriguez (born June 1, 1994 in Cumaná ) is a Venezuelan water diver who competes in artificial jumping from the 1-meter and 3-meter board and in 3-meter synchronized jumping.

Páez played his first international title fights at the Junior World Championships 2008 in Aachen . He achieved his best result in high diving with twelfth place in the final. He also participated in the Youth Olympic Games 2010 in Singapore part. He started from the 3-meter board and from the 10-meter tower, reached the finals and finished twelve and five. Since 2010, Páez has also competed in adult competitions, but has since concentrated on jumping. He celebrated his first successes at the Pan American Games 2011 in Guadalajara . From the 3-meter board, he reached the finals in individual and synchronized competitions. In the individual he was twelfth, synchronized with Emilio Colmenarez seventh. Páez achieved his greatest success at the 2012 World Cup in London . He won a quota place for the 2012 Olympic Games in the same place where he will compete in the 3-meter jumping.
