Roberto Leoni (* in Rome ) is an Italian screenwriter , film director and author.

Life

Leoni studied at the La Sapienza University in Rome and was honored there with a university prize for his theatrical work. From 1965 he staged several modern classics and worked for the cultural journal "Numero". In 1968 a screenplay for Leonis was filmed for the first time, Eat it was directed with Frank Wolff and Paolo Villaggio . In addition to constant work for various magazines, Leoni then devoted himself to poetry and published two volumes of poetry.
