Roberto Requião
Roberto Requião de Mello e Silva (born March 5, 1941 in Curitiba ) is a Brazilian politician. He is a member of the PMDB .
Roberto Requião was governor of the Brazilian state of Paraná .
In 2003 he replaced Governor Jaime Lerner and achieved 55.1% of the votes against Álvaro Dias ( PSDB ) in the second ballot . In the governor election in October 2006, he was able to prevail in the second ballot with a lead of just 0.2 percentage points over his challenger Osmar Dias ( PDT ).

- 1989–1990: Employee in the Paraná Secretariat for Urban Development
- 1991–1994: Governor of Paraná
