The seat is located in the parliament building on Avenida Candido de Abreu in the district Civic Center in Curitiba . The unicameral parliament consists of 54 representatives elected by proportional representation, the deputados estaduais , who are elected for four years, most recently in the parliamentary elections as part of the elections in Brazil in 2018 .
