Roberto Venturini

Roberto Venturini (born December 30, 1960 in San Marino ) is a politician from San Marino . Together with Andrea Belluzzi , he was elected Capitano Reggente , the head of state of San Marino, on March 17, 2015 for the period from April 1, 2015 to October 1, 2015 .

Venturini holds a PhD in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Bologna . Since 1992 he has been a doctor in the emergency department of the San Marino State Hospital. He has been a member of the Anti-Doping Commission since 2006.

In 2012 he was elected on the list of the Partito Democratico Cristiano Sammarinese in the Consiglio Grande e Generale , the Parliament of San Marino. He is a member of the Consiglio dei XII and the Health Committee.

Venturini lives in Serravalle and has a daughter and a son.
