The Robilliard Glacier is an approximately 27 km long valley glacier on the Oates coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land , which flows northeast in the Usarp Mountains . Its area of origin is south of Mount Simmonds and at Mount Shields it merges into the Kooperatsiya Piedmont Glacier .
The glacier area was geodetically surveyed by the United States Geological Survey and using aerial photographs from the United States Navy between 1960 and 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named him in 1970 after the American biologist Gordon Robilliard, who worked at McMurdo Station from 1967 to 1969 with a brief interruption as part of the United States Antarctic Program .
There is a risk of name confusion with the Robillard Glacier in Grahamland in West Antarctica .
