Robin Forsyth (born January 18, 1981 ) is a former Australian - South African ice hockey player , who last played at the Mustangs IHC from Melbourne in the Australian Ice Hockey League .

Career

Robin Forsyth, who has both Australian and South African citizenship, began his career with the Blades in his South African homeland. He later played for the Melbourne Mustangs in the Australian Ice Hockey League , where he ended his career in 2014.

International

Forsyth was first at the U-20 World Cup 2001 for South Africa in Division III on the ice. It then took twelve years before he was nominated for the men's national team for the first time : At the 2013 World Cup , he was part of the South African squad who made it to Division II at the home tournament in Cape Town. There he played at the 2014 World Cup .
