Rodney Irwin
Rodney Irwin (born September 9, 1941 in Montreal , Québec ) is a former Canadian ambassador .
Life
Irwin joined the foreign service in 1972. From 1972 to 1988 he was accredited in New Delhi . In 1992 Irwin was appointed ambassador to Belgrade , Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia , and in the wake of the Yugoslav war of secession , Irwin submitted his letter of accreditation to the governments of Albania, Bulgaria, Slovenia and Croatia. In 2003 Irwin was retired . Rodney Irwin then ran a company in the energy industry.
