The former factory administration building Roermonder Road 217 is in the district of Venn in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in the 19th century. It was entered on December 15, 1987 under No. R 029 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

location

The building, which has been converted into an apartment building, is located on the old road connecting Mönchengladbach and Hardt and on to Roermond .

architecture

It is a three-storey brick building on a rectangular floor plan , which is covered by a flat roof.

The well-preserved building shows typical architectural elements of the factory building from the late 19th century and is therefore worth protecting for industrial and city-historical reasons.
