Rogelio Gabriel Funes Mori or Rogelio Funes Mori for short (born March 5, 1991 in Mendoza ) is an Argentinian football player . He is the twin brother of playing at FC Villarreal Ramiro Funes Mori .

Career

society

Mori began with club soccer in the youth division of Associated Soccer Group and played there until 2008. He then played for a short time in 2008 for FC Dallas , but returned that same year to his home country and hired at CA River Plate . For this club he played the following five years.

For the 2013/14 season he moved to Benfica Lisbon . There he did not manage to assert himself as a regular player and was therefore handed over to the club's reserve team.

In the summer of 2014, the southern Turkish first division club Eskişehirspor loaned him for a period of one season.

For the 2015/16 season he moved to the Mexican club CF Monterrey .

National team

Mori played a total of twelve times for the Argentina U-20 national team in 2011 and scored four goals.

Mori has been nominated several times for the Argentine national team since 2012 and has so far played an international match.
