Roger DeCoster (born August 28, 1944 in Uccle , Belgium ) is a former Belgian motocross driver and five-time world champion .

DeCoster began his professional career with the Czech company ČZ in the class up to 500 cm³. After winning the Belgian championship in 1966, he rose to the world championship in 1967. The first race win followed a year later.

In 1971 DeCoster moved from ČZ to Suzuki and between 1971 and 1976 won five of six possible titles in the 500cc class. Only in 1974 he had to admit defeat to Heikki Mikkola .

In 1980 DeCoster went to Honda for his final season and won the last race of his playing career, the 500cc Grand Prix of Luxembourg.
