Roger Merlin Pandong (born November 20, 1983 in Douala , Cameroon ) is a French football player of Cameroonian descent.

Pandong learned to play football in the youth teams of FC Turin and Leeds United . In the 2004/05 season Pandong played for the FA Cup winner from 1983, Brighton & Hove Albion , in the English Football League Championship , where he could not maintain himself in the long run. In the summer of 2006 he moved to the Albanian Kampionati Shqiptar for KS Flamurtari Vlorë , after only one season Pandong played briefly with KF Skënderbeu Korça in Albania . In October 2008, Pandong came to SVN Zweibrücken . They parted ways after just one season. Since then, Pandong has played at SV Waldhof Mannheim in the West Regional Football League , but so far without a permanent contract with amateur status. On August 31, 2009, shortly before the transfer deadline, SV Waldhof announced that it would sign Pandong until 2010.

On April 24, 2010 Pandong scored his first Regionalliga goal for SV Waldhof in the game against SV Elversberg . At the end of the season, his contract was not extended when Waldhof Mannheim had to relegate to the league .
