Roland Boettcher
Roland Böttcher (born July 26, 1955 in Windischbergerdorf ) is a German legal scholar.
Life
From 1978 to 1988 he worked at the District Court and Regional Court of Regensburg and at the District Court of Nuremberg . From 1989 to 1994 he was a lecturer in the legal department of the Bavarian Civil Service College . In 1994 he was appointed to the Berlin University of Applied Sciences for Administration and Justice (FHVR), where he holds a professorship for civil law with a focus on property law.
From 1997 to 2002 Böttcher was vice dean, since 2002 he has been dean of the Faculty of Justice at the FHVR and its successor institution, the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin).
Böttcher wrote numerous publications, including a. on heritable building rights and land register law .
