Roland Cantzler

Roland Cantzler (born April 4, 1931 in Schirnding ) is a German lawyer and politician ( CSU ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school, Cantzler studied law, economics and tax law. He initially worked as a public prosecutor in Weiden , Ansbach and Nuremberg , worked as a judge at the Nuremberg Social Court from 1961 to 1970 and became President of the Bayreuth Social Court in 1978 . From 1994 to 1996 he was President of the Nuremberg Social Court. He was also the deputy head of the Nuremberg pension office in the role of a government director.

Political party

Cantzler joined the CSU , joined the Junge Union (JU) and was deputy JU district chairman in Nuremberg. He was also the deputy chairman of the CSU district association in Nuremberg.

MP

Cantzler was a member of the city council of Nuremberg from 1972 to 1996 . He was a member of the German Bundestag from June 7, 1972, when he replaced the resigned MP Karl Theodor Freiherr von und zu Guttenberg , until the end of the 1972 electoral term. He entered parliament through the Bavarian State List .
