Roland H. Cooper

Roland Henry Cooper (born October 9, 1916 in Monrovia ) was a Liberian diplomat .

Career

Cooper received his education in Liberia, Sierra Leone, and the United States . He first worked in the passport department in the Liberian Foreign Ministry. He was then Vice Consul in Savannah (Georgia) , Vice Consul, Consul and Acting Consul General in New York and Commercial Attaché in the Liberian Embassy in Washington.

In the 1950s he was the Liberian ambassador in Bonn, later in Rome and Tokyo.
