Roland Opitz

Roland Opitz (born May 23, 1934 in Stollberg / Erzgeb .; Died January 1, 2015 ) was a German literary scholar and university professor. From 1987 to 1990 he was the publishing director of Reclam in Leipzig .

He studied Slavic Studies in Leipzig and Moscow and was later professor of Russian literature and literary theory at Leipzig University .
