Rolf Gysin
Rolf Gysin (born January 29, 1952 ) is a former Swiss middle-distance runner .
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he reached the semi-finals over 800 meters .
In 1974 he was fourth over 800meters at the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Gothenburg and eighth over 1500 meters at the European Athletics Championships in Rome .
At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, he was eliminated over 800 meters and over 1500 meters in the run. He won bronze over 800 meters at the European Indoor Championships in San Sebastián in 1977 , came fifth at the 1978 European Indoor Championships in Milan and sixth at the 1979 European Indoor Championships in Vienna.
He was five times Swiss champion over 800 meters (1972–1974, 1978, 1980) and three times over 1500 meters (1975, 1976, 1979).
