Rolf Hartmann
Rolf Hartmann (* 1937 in Göttingen ; † 2007 ) was a sculptor and handicraft teacher.
Life
Rolf Hartmann had lived in Wolfsburg since 1943. From 1966 to 1972 he studied sculpture at the University of Fine Arts in Braunschweig and was a master student of Emil Cimiotti . From 1979 to 1997 he taught art and handicrafts at the Ratsgymnasium (Wolfsburg) . For the city of Wolfsburg, he designed, among other things, a playground in the Detmerode leisure park in 1977, as well as the tube fountain and a bronze fountain sculpture in front of the town hall (Wolfsburg) .
