Rolf Rüdiger Cichowski

Rolf Rüdiger Cichowski (* 1945 in Etingen ) is a German non-fiction author for electrical engineering and energy technology .

Career

After training as an electrical installer, Rolf Rüdiger Cichowski successfully completed his degree in engineering. Electrical engineering and Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. He also passed the MBA exam . He worked in various management positions, including 18 years as managing director, at VEW AG in Dortmund, later RWE AG, MEAG in Halle / Saale, Energieversorgung Industriepark Bitterfeld / Wolfen GmbH, VEW TELNET in Dortmund, today 1 & 1 Versatel , the Detecon in Bonn and most recently SSS Starkstorm- und Signal-Baugesellschaft mbH in Essen. He was active in association work in the BDEW Federal Association of Energy and Water Management and in the DKE . He was a lecturer at the universities of applied sciences in Dortmund and Berlin . Since the mid-1980s he has been the author and publisher of a large number of specialist articles, specialist books and encyclopedias, mainly in the fields of electrical and energy technology. Among other things, he is the editor of the book series "Systems Engineering for Electrical Distribution Networks", which has been published by ew Medien and VDE Verlag since 1990 .
