Rolf Sauerwein

Rolf Sauerwein (born October 4, 1942 in Stuttgart ; † September 3, 2014 in Leonberg ) was a German draftsman.

biography

Sauerwein did an apprenticeship as a graphic draftsman from 1960 to 1963 and then trained as a specialist teacher for pictorial design and work. From 1966 to 1988 he practiced the teaching profession. Since 1988 he has been working as a freelancer.

From 1970 onwards numerous and extensive works were created with the ballpoint pen. Sauerwein lived on the Höri peninsula in Lake Constance from 1991 to 1996 . Since 1997 he lived again in Leonberg near Stuttgart .
