Rolf Schilli (born June 15, 1966 ) is a former German ski jumper .

Schilli grew up in Schonach in the Black Forest and ran Nordic combined until he was 16 . He jumped in the ski jumping world cup between 1984 and 1990 . He finished his first World Cup competition on December 30, 1980 in Oberstdorf in 84th place. It was not until two years later, on January 4, 1987, that he was able to win a World Cup point in Innsbruck for the first time in 15th place. He achieved this placement again when jumping in Lahti . At the end of the 1986/87 World Cup season , he was 78th overall with two World Cup points.

On December 30th, 1988 Schilli achieved the best individual placement of his career with 11th place in jumping in Oberstdorf . After he was able to jump into the points again in Liberec , he finished the season in 50th place in the overall World Cup standings.

After no more successes wanted to set in the following season, he ended his active ski jumping career after completing the World Cup and Continental Cup in 1990.

Together with regional trainer Wolfgang Steiert , Schilli worked for three years as a federal junior trainer, among other things, on building up a women's ski jumping team in Baden-Württemberg. Since 2013 he has been the head trainer at the Olympiastützpunkt Hinterzarten .
