Rolf Schrepfer (born October 9, 1973 in Busswil ) is a former Swiss ice hockey player and current coach .
Career
As a player
Rolf Schrepfer began his career in 1993 at HC Thurgau , for which he played in the National League B until 1997 . He then played with the ZSC Lions until 2001 , with whom he became champions in 2000 and 2001. This was followed by a move to SC Bern , with whom he won the championship title in 2004 and where he was under contract until 2006, although he had fallen out with the club a year earlier. Schrepfer then moved to the Rapperswil-Jona Lakers , with whom he had signed a three-year contract. In 2008 he returned to HC Thurgau, where he was also an assistant coach. For the playoffs in 2009 he was appointed to the partner team Kloten Flyers of the National League A borrowed.
As a trainer
In the 2009/10 season he trained the junior top of the HC Thurgau youngsters and led them to promotion to the Elite B class. For the 2010/11 season, Rolf Schrepfer took over the position of head coach of HC Thurgau. From the 2012/13 season Schrepfer was the player-coach of the third-rate SC Weinfelden .
In April 2015 Schrepfer was appointed assistant coach of the NLA club SCL Tigers . At the beginning of October 2016 he was released from his duties together with head coach Scott Beattie .
International
Rolf Schrepfer completed a total of three international matches.

Life
The married player learned the profession of record maker. During his ice hockey career, he completed a four-year management training course.
