Roma Jusienė

Roma Jusienė (born June 14, 1971 ) is a Lithuanian psychologist and professor at Vilnius University .

Life

After graduating from secondary school, Roma Jusienė studied and completed a bachelor's degree in psychology in 1993 , a master's degree in clinical psychology in 1995 , further training in individual psychodynamic psychotherapy in 2007 and a doctorate in 2002 on the subject of "Mental adaptation of children with phenylketonuria with congenital hypothyroidism and their parents" ( Fenilketonurija ir įgimta hipotiroze sergančių vaikų ir jų tėvų psichologinis prisitaikymas ) at the Vilniaus universitetas in Vilnius . He teaches her at the Vilniaus universitetas as a professor . From 2004–2007 she taught at the Mykolo Romerio universitetas and from 2002–2003 at the Vilniaus universiteto Tarptautinio verslo mokykla (now VU BS). 1995–2004 she worked at the Medical Genetics Center of Vilniaus universitetinė ligoninė “ Santariškių klinikos ”.

Her research areas are early self-regulatory development, mental and physical health of infants and young children, assessment of emotional and behavior-related difficulties, health psychology , sleep psychology . She teaches courses: Contemporary Health Psychology : Theory and Practice, Child Developmental Psychology and Psychopathology , Family Psychology, Psychological Assessment of a Person; Contemporary psychotherapy ; Professional practice.
