Roman Olegowitsch Serow ( Russian Роман Олегович Серов , born December 16, 1976 in Moscow ) is a former Russian- Israeli figure skater.

In 1981 Serov started figure skating. Until the 2001/02 season he had Russian citizenship, but never took part in international championships for Russia.

Since the 2002/03 season he started for Israel. Serow was trained by Ari Zakarian . Serow has been married to figure skater Rachel Lior since August 2002 .
