Romankiwzi ( Ukrainian Романківці ; Russian Романковцы Romankowzy , Romanian Romancăuţi ) is a village in the east of the Ukrainian Oblast Chernivtsi with about 5000 inhabitants (2001).
The village is located in the historical Bessarabia region on the P-63 regional road and on the Chernivtsi – Ocnița railway line . It is the only village in the district council of the same name in the geographical center of Sokyryany district . The district center Sokyrjany is located 20 km east and the oblast capital Chernivtsi is 115 km west of Romankiwzi.
