Romas Kilikauskas

Romas Kilikauskas (born March 16, 1936 in Jurbarkas ) is a Lithuanian politician .

Life

In 1944 he emigrated to Germany with his parents . From 1954 he lived in the USA . He studied economics and the German language at Omaha University , followed by a master’s degree in management at the University of Michigan . In 1967 he graduated from the West Texas Military Academy in San Antonio . In 1987 he became a colonel .

From 1997 to 1998 he was Deputy Minister of the Interior of Lithuania and from 1999 to 2001 Deputy Minister of Defense of Lithuania .
