Romer Simpson Medal

The Romer-Simpson Medal ( English : Romer-Simpson Medal ) is the highest award of the Society of Vertebrate Paleontology ( Society for Vertebrate Paleontology ) for “ sustained and outstanding scholarly excellence in the field of vertebrate palaeontologyand service to the discipline of vertebrate paleontology . The award was named after the American scientists Alfred S. Romer and George G. Simpson .
