Romualdas Drakšas

Romualdas Drakšas (born May 29, 1971 in Vilnius , Lithuanian SSR ) is a Lithuanian lawyer , criminal lawyer , professor at the Mykolas-Romer University , writer fantastic, poet lawyer .

Life

Romualdas' mother is a criminologist and lawyer Anna Drakšienė , lecturer at Vilnius University . Father is physicist Pranciškus Ramundas Drakšas.

After graduating from secondary school in Vilnius, Romualdas Drakšas studied law at the Vilniaus universitetas from 1989 to 1994 and then completed his doctorate from 1996 to 2001. In 2002 he received his doctorate on the subject of "Historical, Comparative and Philosophical Aspects of the Death Penalty ". From 1993 to 1994 he did an internship at the Aachen District Court .

From 1994 to 1997 he was a paralegal at the 1st Vilnius Law Office. From 1997 to 2012 he was a lawyer in his own law firm, from 2012 with the law firm "TARK GRUNTE SUTKIENE". From 1999 to 2002 he was an assistant, from 2002 to 2003 lecturer and from 2003 he is a lecturer at the Chair of Criminal Law at Vilnius University. He is also a professor in the Chair of Administrative Law and Administrative Procedure at the Law Faculty of the MRU.

As a writer, a dreamer , he published in New York in June 2009 the first part of "Man. The Awakening ”of the“ Mensch ”series and October 2009 at the Frankfurt Book Fair .

He speaks English, Russian and German.
