Heinrich-Wilhelm Ronsöhr (born January 8, 1945 in Rennau ; † March 3, 2010 there ) was a German politician ( CDU ).

Life

After finishing elementary school, Heinrich-Wilhelm Ronsöhr attended an agricultural school and completed an apprenticeship in agriculture. He then worked as a freelance farmer in Rennau since 1976 . After a long illness as a result of an accident, he died on March 3, 2010 in Rennau. The funeral took place in Rennau on March 11, 2010.

He joined the CDU in 1972 and also became a member of the Junge Union . Two years later, in 1974, he became deputy state chairman of the Braunschweiger Junge Union and remained in this position until 1980. Also in 1974 he became deputy district chairman of the CDU Helmstedt. From 1974 to 1981 he was a member of the council of the Rennau community, chairman of the CDU parliamentary group, deputy mayor and community director in an honorary capacity. In 1974 he also became a member of the council of the integrated community of Grasleben and chairman of the CDU parliamentary group there. From June 21, 1986 to June 20, 1994 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament (11th and 12th electoral terms). From 1994 to 2005 (13th to 15th electoral term) he was a member of the German Bundestag . Most recently he was elected from the CDU state list in Lower Saxony . From 1986 to 2005, Heinrich-Wilhelm Ronsöhr committed himself to agricultural policy and headed this area for the CDU / CSU parliamentary group in the 14th electoral term .

From 1994 to 2006 Ronsöhr took over the chairmanship of the CDU regional association in Braunschweig . On July 8, 2006 he was defeated at a state party conference in the vote against Jochen-Konrad Fromme . Until 2006, Ronsöhr was deputy chairman of the CDU in Lower Saxony. The CDU district association Helmstedt elected him an honorary member in 2008.
