Rosemarie Warth

Rosemarie Warth (* 1965 in Bad Waldsee ) is a German comedian and cabaret artist .

Life

From 1983 to 1989, Warth studied at the College of Performing Arts in Philadelphia , completed a two-year dance training in New York and was involved in dance projects by James Saunders in Cologne .

In 1989, Warth began his career as a tuba- playing "clown" with the clown trio Extra Nix, which u. a. was awarded the Special Jury Prize at the Charlie Rivel Memorial in Barcelona. Since 1990 she has also been on the road with solo programs and as a presenter. She is a regular guest at the GOP Varieté-Theater Hannover , the Starclub in Kassel and the Varieté Pegasus in Bensheim . Since 1992 Warth has been a permanent member of the Heidelberger Zungenschlag ensemble , which u. a. regularly produces a radio show.

Warth comes from Bad Waldsee and lives in Heidelberg.

Rosemarie Warth appears on stage as "Rosemie" or "Frau Warth" and presents a mixture of comedy , dance and music. In her role as an uptight Swabian “she takes the strict beauty and the relentless drill of classical ballet to extremes, contrasts posture and skilful footwork with facial derailments behind thick glasses. The tightrope walk between skill and comedy is a hair-dryer. ”Her current solo program is called“ Nothing Else ”.
