The Baden-Württemberg Cabaret Prize has been awarded since 1986. It is a state award and is awarded by the Baden-Württemberg state government based on a cabinet decision.

Doping

There will be three main prizes of 5,000 euros each. In addition, there has been a sponsorship award since 2000 and an honorary award since 2010.
