Harald Hurst

Harald Hurst (born January 29, 1945 in Buchen (Odenwald) ) is a Karlsruhe dialect poet .

Hurst studied Romance and English in Heidelberg and Mannheim and completed his studies with the first state examination . However , he broke off his traineeship to become a teacher at grammar schools. His first book Lottokönig Paul was published in 1981 . After spending many years in Karlsruhe, Hurst now lives in Ettlingen . There are often readings with him, alone or together with, for example, Gunzi Heil or earlier with the late Kuno Bärenbold . Hurst readings not only take place in Karlsruhe, but in the entire Baden region and sometimes in Swabian as well .
