Sebastian Lehmann (* 1982 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German writer, reading stage author, poetry slammer and cabaret artist .

Life

From 2003 he studied Modern German Literature, Philosophy and History at the Free University of Berlin and finished his studies with a thesis on Christian Kracht and the Disappearance . Since 2004 he has appeared at poetry slams, reading stages and mix shows in German-speaking countries. In 2006 he founded the Lesedüne reading stage in Kiki Blofeld with Marc-Uwe Kling , Kolja Reichert and Maik Martschinkowsky . The reading dune now takes place in SO36 in Berlin-Kreuzberg . Since then, joint appearances have taken place in many cabaret theaters across Germany.

Sebastian Lehmann moderates and organizes the Kreuzberg Slam in the Lido, one of the largest slams in Germany. Furthermore, he will moderate and organize the poetry slam show PotShow in Potsdam . In 2007 Sebastian Lehmann won the Fritz Night of Talents in the word category . He also writes in anthologies and literary magazines. In the summer of 2013 his debut novel with the title Exactly my pouch scheme was published by Aufbau-Verlag . In 2014 his second novel No Elch was published. Nowhere .

Sebastian Lehmann now lives in Berlin-Tiergarten. In 2020 he will receive the Baden-Württemberg Cabaret Prize .
