Annette Postel (born 1969) is a German entertainer, music cabaret artist, presenter, chanson singer ("Chanteuse") and the only German-speaking opera comedienne (opera singer with opera comedy, music cabaret and opera parody).

Life

Annette Postel grew up in Edenkoben and studied classical singing at the University of Music and Performing Arts Mannheim and at the Lichtenberg Institute for Functional Physiological Voice Research. In 1997 she won first prize at the national singing competition in Berlin . She tours with several chanson and music cabaret programs (1920s revues, opera comedy, own cabaret chansons ), supported by the pianist Klaus Webel, the Schwanen Salon Orchestra and a string quartet from the Munich Philharmonic. Your new tango comedy program will be accompanied by Norbert Kotzan (Bandoneon / Bien Portenos) and Bobbi Fischer (Piano / Tango five)

Annette Postel has published nine CDs and DVDs and appears regularly on radio and television programs (including “ Ladies Night ”, 3Sat “Kabarett.com”, SWR “the youngest rumor”, “Expedition to home”, “Coffee or Tee ", until 2009 as" Dolores Zick "in the SWR series" Sonntag Lacht ".)

Postel was accompanied a. a. by the SWR Bigband, the WDR Symphony Orchestra, the Munich Philharmonic Quartet and the Salon Orchestra of the Deutsche Oper Berlin. Festivals: Mosel Music Weeks, Schleswig-Holstein Festival, Rheingau Music Days, Mozart Festival Würzburg, Ruhr Festival 2019, opening festival of the Salzburg Festival 2019.

Annette Postel has been a member of the jury for the Baden-Württemberg Cabaret Prize since 2009.
